Job Position-1 Corporate Marketing Director
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Master’s Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Bachelor’s Degree with exceptional and relevant experience may be considered
Experience:Minimum 10 years of progressive marketing experience - At least 4–5 years in a senior leadership or management role
- Strong experience in brand strategy, digital marketing, and retail/FMCG marketing is highly preferred
- Experience in multi-company or group-level environments is highly desirable
- Experience supporting organizational transformation or business turnaround initiatives is an added advantage
- Demonstrated success in launching or expanding consumer brands, retail concepts, or market-focused initiatives is highly preferred
Requirement Skill

- Master’s Degree (MBA, MSc in Finance/Accounting, or related field) is highly preferred
- Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is an added advantage
Experience:Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting - At least 3–5 years in a managerial or senior finance leadership role
- Strong experience in manufacturing finance, cost accounting, and operational financial management is highly preferred
- Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, agro-processing, or multi-business environments is highly desirable
- Proven experience in managing financial operations within complex operational environments
