Job Position-1 Jr. ERP Business Analyst
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science,Accounting, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders.

Exceptional candidates will have
Basic understanding of ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Knowledge of finance, accounting, supply chain, manufacturing, or operational business processes
Familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI, Excel
Exposure to business process documentation and requirement gathering techniques

Job Position-2Jr. ERP Developer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
Adaptability to work in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
Willingness to continuously learn and improve technical and soft skills.
No working experience.
Exceptional candidates will have:
Proficiency in AL language and Visual Studio Code.
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Azure services o Experience with APIs, web services, and integration tools.
Knowledge of SQL Server and database design.

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BA Degree in Accounting/Finance
Relevant work experience is preferred
Experience:4 Years and above work experience
Competences
Must be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers/suppliers.
Excellent knowledge of Accounting Software and ERP is advantageous.
Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
Ability to work independently and carry out assignments by ensuring completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
