Job Position-Nurse
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Diploma or bachelor’s degree in nursing, Clinical Nursing, Public Health Nursing, or related health sciences field from a recognized institution.
Valid professional nursing license is mandatory.
Training in occupational health, emergency response, first aid, or workplace safety is advantageous.
Work Experience
Diploma Holders: Minimum 3–4 years of relevant work experience.
Degree Holders: Minimum 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or occupational health settings is preferred.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide first aid and emergency medical treatment for injured or sick employees.
Maintain the first aid room, medical supplies, and emergency response equipment.
Facilitate referral and transportation of employees requiring advanced medical attention.
Conduct routine health monitoring for employees working in high-risk operational areas.
Maintain confidential medical records and treatment follow-up documentation.
Record and report workplace injuries, illnesses, and occupational incidents.
Support implementation of workplace health and safety procedures.
Conduct employee awareness training on hygiene, PPE utilization, heat stress prevention, and safe lifting techniques.
Promote employee wellness and healthy workplace practices.
Work closely with other departments of the factory under the direct supervision of the EHS team on emergency preparedness, workplace safety, and hazard prevention activities.
