Job Position-Information Management Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in information management, GIS, Geography, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
A master’s degree in a relevant field is desirable.
Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in information management, GIS, database management, or data analysis.
Experience managing operational datasets and conducting data quality assurance.
Experience using GIS software, particularly ArcGIS Pro and/or QGIS.
Experience developing dashboards and web-GIS applications using ArcGIS Online or similar platforms.
Experience configuring and managing mobile data collection tools such as Survey123, Kobo, or ODK.
Experience supporting programme reporting and operational analysis.
Experience working with humanitarian, development, or mine action programmes is desirable.
Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Knowledge of Amharic and Tigrinya is highly desirable.
