Job Position-3Project Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum of 8+ years of related experience in construction project management.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, contracts, and regulations.
Experience managing commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects.
Proficiency in:
Microsoft Project
Primavera P6
AutoCAD
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.
PMP certification is an added advantage.
