Job Position-Packaging Operator – Junior
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BSc Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Diploma/Level 4 from a vocational-technical school, or other related fields of study.
Fresh Graduate
Qualification in Brewing, Packaging, Engineering, or Utilities (as appropriate) is an advantage.
Demonstrate understanding of teamwork principles, continuous improvement, preventative maintenance, and problem-solving.
Required Differentiating Competencies
Knowledge of written and spoken English is an advantage.
Demonstrate a detailed understanding of SHE policies, statutory requirements, and responsibilities.
Demonstrate an understanding of teamwork principles, continuous improvement, preventative maintenance, and problem-solving.
Respond to change positively and flexibly and sustain a positive outlook across a range of situations/challenges.
Main Responsibilities
Apply technical, process, continuous improvement, and individual/team development skills to optimize overall brewery improvement and plant performance.
To adopt a safe and professional approach to all aspects of the role as an individual/team player.
