Job Position-1 Finance Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in accounting & finance& minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in finance or accounting.
Demonstrated experience using accounting software (such as Peachtree).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Good computer skills, particularly MS Excel and financial software.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Skills
Experience working in NGOs or development organizations.
Familiarity with donor financial management procedures.

Job Position-2Gender and Development Officer (2)
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s/master’s degree (over 3years) in Gender Studies, Sociology, economics, Social Work, Development Studies, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience for BA Degree & over 3years for MA degree.
Demonstrated experience in gender mainstreaming, advocacy, women’s empowerment initiatives, project proposal development and resource mobilization is desirable.
Knowledge and experience in MEAL systems & strong understanding of gender equality, human rights-based approaches, and community development.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and report writing skills.
Good computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Desirable skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with team, diverse communities and stakeholders.
