Job Position-1 Brand Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Psychology
3-5 years’ experience in Sales
Exposure in Portfolio Management, Brand Strategy, Brand Planning, Route to Market & Channel Understanding
The specific responsibilities include but not limited to:
Brand Management
Communication development
Consumer & Market intelligence
Product innovation and renovations
Sponsorships and media partnerships
Media management/monitoring

Job Position-2 Distributor Development Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in business or the numerate sciences
5-10 years’ experience in Sales
At least 3 years’ experience working with Distributors across different Market Landscapes/Archetypes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to summarize and present data in an organized, concise manner.
At least 3 years’ experience in leading high performing teams
