Job Position-1 Experienced Secretary / Office Administrator
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Science, Office Management, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in office administration or secretarial roles, preferably in a business or trading environment
Proven experience in handling payments, petty cash, and office financial transactions
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Fluent in English and Amharic (both written and spoken)

Job Position-2 Senior Accountant
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s or professional certification such as ACCA/CPA is a plus)
Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in accounting, specifically within import and retail business environments
In-depth knowledge and practical experience with the Ethiopian Tax Code
Hands-on experience with Peachtree (Sage 50) Accounting Software is mandatory
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and high level of integrity
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Fluent in English and Amharic (both written and spoken
