Job Position-Sales and Marketing Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Strong sales and negotiation skills
Minimum 8 years and above Proven experience in Hospitality industry or FMCG as marketing and sales Manager
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Who has a go-getter attitude
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
Design and execute strategic plans to expand the customer base and meet sales quotas.
Oversee product positioning, advertising campaigns, and promotional activities to drive brand equity and consumer off-take.
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve catering revenue targets
Identify and pursue prospect business opportunities through proactive sales efforts
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and other potential customers
Respond to inquiries, provide quotes, and negotiate contracts for catering services
Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to ensure successful event execution
