Job Position-Junior HR Officer

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in Human Resources, preferably within the FMCG sector.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel, and familiarity with HR systems.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
Support HR team in the execution of daily HR operations and activities.
Involve in recruitment processes, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding activities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, documentation, and HR databases.
Prepare and monitor attendance, leave, and related HR reports.
Draft HR correspondence, letters, certificates, and reports as required.
Create, update, and maintain employee personnel files in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Support the planning and implementation of employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
Provide administrative support across various HR functions and projects.
Always ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee information.
Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
