Job Position-Intern in MEL and Communication
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:: A recent graduate with a degree in digital design, computer science, statistics, communications, or related fields with certification in digital and graphic designing, database management, foreign languages, and photo and video editing.
Skills:
Excellent English language proficiency.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in social media platforms, basic graphic design skills and familiarity with content management systems are essential.
Excellent skills in digital design software.
Knowledge of design and video editing.
Ability to perform data analysis using quantitative and qualitative data analysis software.
Basic knowledge of mobile data collection tools.
Cultural Sensitivity: Understanding of global issues and the ability to work effectively in diverse cultural settings.
Detail-Oriented: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Benefits:
A daily rate of ETB 1000, Subject to applicable taxes.
The intern will gain practical experience in MEL, communication, and visibility strategies within HI.
Requirement Skill

Duration of Contract: 3 – 6 months
Location:Addis Ababa
