Job Position -Sales Manager (Direct)
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Economics or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of FMCG sales experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience leading sales teams.
Experience managing Sales Representatives and Field Sales Representatives.
Strong understanding of sales operations, distribution and customer management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Persuasive, commercially minded and results-oriented.
Strong customer focus and ability to build long-term customer relationships.
Excellent coaching and people management skills.
Experience in forecasting sales, analysing performance and creating reports.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience using CRM, ERP or sales force automation systems is an advantage.
