Job Position -Storekeeper (Location at Bilate )
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: College Diploma /10+3/ in Purchasing & Supply Management /Accounting/ Management or 10+2 Certificate in the fields
knowledge of Collective Labor Agreement, Internal Regulations and Safety Policy of the company.
Work experience:2/ 4 years in materials management or related fields
Key responsibilities
Receives, stores, records and issues various materials & ensures that the goods in the stores are protected from dirt, damage, fire, theft etc.
Responsible to verify all goods arrived as per the agreed purchase, delivery note and agreed quantity has been received.
Places and arranges the store items systematically in appropriate shelves and other storage locations; checks the safety, cleanliness and order of store items.
Receives store requisition forms; examines and verifies completeness, accuracy and utilization; issues requested items upon getting signatures of receivers on the issuing forms.
Keeps appropriate records and documents as per Enterprise guidelines and procedures; monitors the movement of stock items; participates in the development of stock classification and coding systems.;
Checks and reconciles actual stock items against bin cards and stock cards balances;
Manages various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request.
Requirement Skill
Ability to manage many requests at once.
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and work under pressure.
