Job Position-Receptionist and Secretary

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Diploma or level III or Level II in information science or Secretarial science and office management or related
experience:2 years work experience for diploma and Level III and 3 years for Level II

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Receives and responds to service users queries promptly and courteously.
Fills client bio-data on the file for the services provided at the center.
Directs service users to the correct destination or to the multi-disciplinary team (MDT). at the center.
Schedules appointments for service users and calls accordingly.
Keeps reports of children with disabilities who receive rehabilitation on call.
Handles secretarial duties for the center
Maintains appointment in log book and data system.
Keeps up to date service users’ record in the data system on daily base.
Assists in managing personnel files.
Respects CE’s employees administrative manual, rules and regulation and also observe work ethics.
performs any related jobs assigned to her/him immediate supervisor.
