Job Position-1Accounting Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
Good management skills, at least 3 years of managerial experience
Has led or supervised audits, both external and internal as well as tax audits
Well versed on Ethiopian tax regulations
Go getter attitude with agility to handle unexpected situations
Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software & Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Job Position-2Warehouse Supervisor
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
Proven experience in warehouse operations and team leadership (preferably manufacturing sector), with at least 4 years of relevant experience
Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures.
Proficiency in manufacturing-focused ERP systems like SAP, Cin7, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Good skills in MS Office and reporting.

Job Position-3Procurement Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of progressively responsible experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing, automotive, or telecom sectors.
Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, contract management, and supplier performance evaluation.
Demonstrated success in negotiating and managing high-value contracts.
Experience working with ERP systems and procurement-related digital tools.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
High level of efficiency, integrity, and accountability.
