Job Position-Customer Service & Call center operator
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Demonstrate excellent customer service skills in all interactions.
Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities to address patient concerns.
Show empathy and patience when dealing with sensitive situations.
Adapt to changing circumstances and respond to patient needs efficiently.
Maintain professionalism and composure under pressure.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.
Organize and prioritize tasks effectively to manage workload.
Utilize technology and software for record-keeping and communication.
Engage in continuous learning to improve service delivery.
Desired Skills:
Familiarity with healthcare terminology and medical services.
Basic knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Cultural sensitivity and awareness in patient interactions.
Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
