Job Position-Accountat
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting and basic understanding of ERP systems or business software
2 Years’ experience on the finance sector.
Strong finance knowledge, analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of project management
Experience on fast paced working space
Prefered Skills
Familiarity with ERP systems Odoo
Strong accounting knowledge in general ledger, payable/receivable, reconciliations, and financial controls.
Experience in budgeting, cost control, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
Good understanding of tax laws, payroll, statutory compliance, and audit processes.
Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and financial data analysis.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills
Understanding of business processes (finance, HR, operations) mainly finance
Experience with Microsoft Suite (spreadsheet, Word e.t.c)
Exposure to Agile or project workflows is an advantage
