Job Position-1 Cashier Accountant
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Work Experience:
Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant work experience as a Cashier, Accountant, or Finance Assistant, preferably within an NGO, humanitarian organization, or corporate environment
Experience working with NGOs and donor-funded projects is an advantage.
Experience working with government agriculture structures and community institutions is preferred.
Skills:
Strong technical knowledge in agronomy and sustainable agriculture.
Knowledge of climate-resilient and nutrition-sensitive agricultural approaches.
Strong facilitation and adult learning skills.
Excellent planning, monitoring, reporting, and analytical skills.
Experience with data collection tools and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work independently in remote operational environments.

Job Position-2 Project Cashier Accountant
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Work Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant work experience as a Cashier, Accountant, or Finance Assistant, preferably within an NGO, humanitarian organization, or corporate environment.
Skills:
Experience working in the Amhara Region or similar remote field locations in Ethiopia.
Familiarity with donor compliance requirements (e.g., EHF, UN, ECHO) regarding financial documentation.
Experience with mobile money transfers or digital payment systems for cash-based interventions.
Basic understanding of procurement and supply chain processes in Ethiopia.
Strong numerical reconciliation skills and experience preparing financial summaries.
Knowledge of Ethiopian tax regulations and withholding tax procedures.
Location:Setit Humera, with regular field travel required
Job Position-3 Expert agronomist officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Plant Science, Agronomy, Agricultural Extension, Rural Development, Agricultural Economics, or related disciplines. Master’s Degree in a relevant field is an added advantage.
Work Experience:
Minimum of 3–5 years of progressively responsible experience in agriculture, food security and livelihoods, agricultural extension, or rural development programming.
Demonstrated experience implementing farmer support and agricultural production activities.
Experience in climate-smart agriculture, irrigation-based production, and agricultural training approaches is highly desirable.
Experience working with NGOs and donor-funded projects is an advantage.
Experience working with government agriculture structures and community institutions is preferred.
