Job Position-Junior IT Engineer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Basic knowledge of Windows, Linux/Ubuntu server administration.
Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SSH).
Familiarity with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, or similar).
Basic scripting skills (Bash or Python is a plus).
Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a hands-on technical environment.
Requirement Skill
Operating Systems: Windows (Server/Desktop), macOS, Linux.
Good listening and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain security policies for cloud servers.
Monitor system and network performance, troubleshoot basic issues, and escalate when necessary.
Assist in security operation management, permissions, and access control.
Assist in configuring and maintaining network devices such as routers, and firewalls.
Participate in cyber security related project activities under guidance, including basic infrastructure setups.
Eager to learn and implement trending technologies, AI and Automation tools.
Basic understanding of programming or scripting languages.
Basic understanding of virtualization and server administration.
Document system configurations, network diagrams, and operational procedures.
Collaborate with senior engineers to optimize server and network performance.
