Job Position-1Junior Human Capital & General Services Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role is preferred. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are also encouraged to apply.
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:
Basic understanding of HR practices and Ethiopian labor laws.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word). Familiarity with HRIS software is a plus.

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s Degree (MA) is highly preferred.
Experience:Candidates with a BA must possess a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in general accounting and 6 years if there is MA in Accounting.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in a senior supervisory or management capacity, leading a team of accountants, is required.
