Job Position-Cashier & Front-Desk Receptionist
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Secretarial Science, Office Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of experience working as a cashier or front-desk agent. Prior experience within a hospital, clinic, or diagnostic center is highly advantageous.
Skills:
Excellent mathematical and cash-handling skills with zero-tolerance for discrepancies.
High proficiency in spoken and written Amharic and English. Proficiency in additional local or international languages is a plus.
Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, and familiarity with Point of Sale or clinic billing software).
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient, empathetic attitude toward expecting mothers and anxious parents.
High level of integrity, punctuality, and trustworthiness.
