Job Position-Cashier Accountant
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:: A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience working as an Accountant
Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software Word and Excel.
Experience Level: minimum 4+ years
Description:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts receivable and payable, and expense reports.
Make accounting records (coding and posting to accounting Software-Peachtree) regarding payment payroll, collections and other financial transactions
Manage accounts payable activities, including processing vendor invoices, verifying accuracy, and ensuring timely payments.
Perform payments to Inland Revenue VAT, Income Tax, WHT and Pension Tax
Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding payments, and maintain a healthy cash flow position.
Assist in tax compliance activities, including calculating and filing tax (income tax, withholding tax, etc.).
Prepare and update inventory summary.
Bank Reconciliation
Take assignments of others when necessary and for the absence of concerned bodies and other financial activities and assignments assigned by immediate boss
Prepare payroll for all the projects
Ensure and follow-up settlements of advance payments in time
Record collection follow up
Prepare payable analysis with proper documentation
