Job Position-Senior MEAL Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Master’s Degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Statistics, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Economics, or Statistics.
Minimum 5 years (MA) or 7 years (BA) of relevant progressive MEAL experience in NGOs.
Proven experience in Peace-building, Education, Humanitarian, Livelihoods, and GBV sectors in local NGOs.
Strong expertise in donor reporting, evaluation management, and accountability systems.
Advanced knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods.
Practical skills in SPSS, STATA, Power BI, KoboToolbox, ODK, and CommCare.
Excellent analytical, report writing, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of safeguarding and accountability principles.
Fluency in English and Amharic is required.
