Job Position-Alpha Schools Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in educational planning & management or School Leadership or Educational Administration, and
Masters Degree in Business Administration, or Management. (A candidate who has an additional master’s degree in educational planning & management, School Leadership, or Educational Administration will have an added advantage)
At least 6 years of proven leadership experience in similar position, or similar operations with a focus on growth and profitability.
Experience in designing and executing capacity utilization strategies and long-term growth initiatives.
Demonstrated success in building strong relationships with parents, regulators, and community leaders to enhance reputation and demand.
Required Competencies
Proven ability to design and implement initiatives that drive student enrollment, optimize capacity utilization, and support institutional expansion.
Demonstrated ability to identify, develop, and implement strategies that expand income streams through efficient operations and institutional growth.
Expertise in positioning schools as exemplary institutions, strengthening community trust, and maintaining a positive public image.
Competence in coordinating school activities, ensuring compliance with educational standards, and streamlining processes for efficiency.
Capacities to anticipate challenges, analyze market trends, and implement practical solutions to sustain competitiveness and growth.
