Job Position-Finance and Grants Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Master’s degree or professional certification (CPA, ACCA) is an advantage.
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in financial and grant management, preferably in INGOs or donor-funded programs that manage sub granting to local partners.
Experience in auditing and donor compliance is required.
Experience working with international donors (Foundations, USG, SIDA, EKN, etc.) is an advantage.
Willingness to travel to field sites as required.
