Job Position-1 Content creator
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Strong social media skills, including content planning, platform management, and familiarity with current trends on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
Proficiency in content creation tools such as photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).
Excellent written communication skills for clear, compelling, and brand-aligned captions, stories, and short copy.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including brand positioning, audience targeting, and social media analytics.
Ability to shoot high-quality photos and videos on smartphones or cameras, with a good eye for composition, lighting, and aesthetics.
Strong organizational skills to manage content calendars, deadlines, and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Comfort working on-site at properties and in the office, collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and design teams.
Prior experience in social media management, content creation, or marketing (experience in real estate, architecture, or lifestyle brands is an advantage).
Fluency in English; knowledge of Amharic or additional local languages is beneficial.
Relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Strong video production skills, including planning, shooting, and post-production for marketing and promotional content.
Proficiency in camera operation and handling various camera types and accessories for professional-quality footage.
Experience with lighting for indoor and outdoor environments to achieve consistent, high-quality visual results.
Ability to shoot video on-site, including framing, composition, and stable handheld or gimbal-based shooting.
Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and basic motion graphics.
Strong visual storytelling skills and an eye for detail, composition, and aesthetics.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and accept feedback in a professional, constructive manner.
Good organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Prior experience in real estate, architecture, or lifestyle video content is an advantage.
Relevant diploma or degree in Film, Media, Communication, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical
