Required Qualification And Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Secretarial Science, Office Administration, or related field
✔️ Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience as Executive Assistant, Senior Secretary, or Executive Office Coordinator
✔️ Strong experience in calendar management, executive correspondence, and meeting coordination
✔️ Proven experience in preparing management meeting minutes, board documentation, and executive reports
✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Amharic
✔️ High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion
✔️ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
✔️ Experience working with senior executives is highly preferred
