Job Position-Finance Officer
Required Qualification And Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
Experience working with NGOs or donor-funded projects is a plus.
Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks).
Strong understanding of Ethiopian tax and labor laws (if applicable).
Skills and Competencies
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
Job Summary
The Finance Officer is responsible for supporting the financial operations of the organization. This includes processing transactions, maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations, and assisting in budgeting and audit activities.
