Job Position-Retail Sales
Required Qualification And Experience
Education:Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales Management, or a related field.
0–1 year of relevant work experience (internships or university fieldwork in sales or marketing is a plus).
Passion for sales and willingness to learn the FMCG and distribution industry.
Required Competencies and Skills:
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel frequently within assigned regions.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel).
Fluency in Amharic and working knowledge of English.
High motivation to grow into a sales career path.
