Job Position-Call agent
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Grade 12 completion or a fresh graduate with a bachelor’s degree.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced work environment.A personal computer (PC or laptop).A working headset.A reliable internet/Wi-Fi connection.
Job Requirements
Must be a native Oromo (Afaan Oromoo) speaker and native Tigrigna speakers.
Must be fluent in Amharic to communicate effectively with the team.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct outbound phone calls to respondents.
Collect information by completing questionnaires over the phone.
Communicate professionally and accurately with respondents.
Employment Details
Contract Duration: 1.5 months.
Job Type: Contract-based.
Work Arrangement: Remote.
