Job Position-1 Senior Partnership officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:MA/MBA/BA degree in Project Management, Business management, Human Resource Management, Economics, Marketing Management and Finance or related fields.
EXPERIENCE: A minimum of 3/5 years of relevant experience, preferably in MFI.
TECHNICAL AND OTHER SKILLS
Proficiency in English language;
Good knowledge of participatory methodologies and skills in communications;
Computer literacy and demonstrated report writing skills;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to quickly synthesize complex ideas, align them with business priorities, and devise actionable strategies to accomplish goals
WORKING CONDITIONS AND LEVEL OF TRAVEL REQUIRED
Office environment: typical office based with frequent field trips
Job Position-2 Financial Controlling and Reporting Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA or equivalent is an advantage.
Relevant experience in financial accounting, reporting, financial control and analysis.
Experience in financial institutions is preferred.
Experience: minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience of which at least two years in senior officer position in Banks, MFIs or any other financial service providing companies.
