Job Position-Finance Assistant
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2–3 years of relevant finance experience; NGO experience is an advantage.
Technical Knowledge: Basic knowledge of accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and Word; understanding of basic bookkeeping principles.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Accuracy, honesty, and high attention to detail.
Good organization and time-management skills.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
