Job Position 1 – Customer Service Officer I

Qualification
TVET IV, BA in Management, Accounting, Marketing, Economics and other related fields

Relevantwork Experience
Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in microfinance for TVET IV and Zero Experience in BA degree,
Experience in community mobilization, loan disbursement, and repayment follow-up,
Proven ability in customer service, savings mobilization, and loan portfolio management

Special Training, Knowledge, and Skills Required
Strong communication, social promotion, and community mobilization skills
Competence in MS Office and institutional financial systems
Skills in training clients on business skills and record-keeping
Ability to analyze loan applications and ensure compliance with operational directives

Job Position 2 – Teller I

Qualification
TVET IV, BA in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Business Management and other related fields.

Relevantwork Experience
For TVET IV Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in handling cash operations, reconciliations, and record-keeping in financial institutions and Proven track record in delivering client service and supporting microfinance operations and Zero Experience for BA degree.

Special Training, Knowledge, and Skills Required
Knowledge of core banking system
Proficiency in MS office and institutional financial systems.
Skills in cash management, reconciliation, and transaction recording.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Job Position 3 – Accountant I

Qualification
BA degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance and Business Management

Relevantwork Experience
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in accounting and financial management and working on Cashier position at branch

Special Training, Knowledge, and Skills Required
Proficiency in MS office and accounting software packages
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and record-keeping
Skills in bank reconciliation and fixed asset management
Ability to analyze financial data and prepare accurate financial statements
Knowledge of institutional financial policies, audit support, and compliance requirements

Job Position 4 – Branch Manager I

Qualification
BA/MBA   in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics and other related fields.

Relevantwork Experience
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Customer Service Officer or equivalent supervisory role and Demonstrated success in loan management, portfolio monitoring, and customer service delivery.

Special Training, Knowledge, and Skills Required
Training in microfinance operations, loan management, and branch supervision
Knowledge of financial accounting systems, budgets, and compliance requirements
Skills in staff supervision, performance evaluation, and capacity building.
