Job position 1 -Sales Officer II
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing management, Business Administration, management, ICT or a related field
Experience: At least four years’ experience in sales function preferably in the financial services & technology industry.
Training in sales, e-payment is preferable.
Description of Duties
- Generate sales leads through research, cold calling, email, face to face meetings/presentations and other acceptable channels with a view of growing the trading services business,
- Schedule sales activities in line with the overall sales plan and strategy
- Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects.
- Identify relevant tenders across different sources regularly.
- Assist response to tenders properly to win the bid.
- Prospect and profile new business opportunities for trading services to expand the entity’s market share.
- Develop sales proposals targeting potential clients for products in the trading services category.
- Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process.
- Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects.
- Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales report
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within a specified period
- Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
- Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors

Job position 2-Payment Application Officer I
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s Degree in ICT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field
Experience:inimum two (2) years of relevant experience in maintaining payment switch applications in the banking sector
Relevant certifications are advantageous
Experience in payment switch applications/payment gateway/core banking is more advantageous
Main Duties & responsibilities
- Implement policies and procedures for the payment applications through continuous review.
- Execute the design, setup, installation and integration of various systems, applications, or process designs for payment application or any outsourced technology and business process solutions to meet the business’ requirements and are compliant with PCI DSS and other relevant security standards.
- Implement high availability and best performance of systems to meet the customer expectation.
- Provide all application support activities.
- Work with vendors to implement fixes and issues that are logged to vendors portals.
- Involve in different payment application and other related projects.
- Provide/revoke users’ privilege and monitor user access management.
- Conduct periodic payment system performance metrics.
- Implement system capacity planning and build business continuity.
- Involve in the maintenance, upgrade and migration of systems.
•Work with the relevant work units in the development of new products and services. - Perform application and logs backup, restoration, archiving and retention policy and procedures are properly implemented regularly.
- Perform end of day tasks
- Investigate logs and trace files.
- Monitor applications, transactions, interfaces and gateways.
- Attend incidents, interruptions, malfunctions, and system quality reductions at any moment
- Prepare periodic reports
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the supervisor
