Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Planning & Coordination Manager to lead the end-to-end operational planning and cross-departmental coordination of the oil plant in Adama. This role plays a key function in synchronizing production, supply chain, and logistics to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods while aligning with corporate objectives.
Company Scale: 25,132.00 ETB

Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of integrated production and operational plans.
Coordinate planning activities across production, procurement, logistics, and sales functions.
Monitor material flow, inventory levels, and production timelines to avoid bottlenecks
Analyze KPIs and planning data to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Introduce and manage planning tools or ERP systems to optimize coordination and forecasting.
Prepare regular reports on plant performance, schedule adherence, and capacity utilization.
Serve as a liaison between our oil operations and other company divisions for alignment on deliverables and priorities.

Experience: 5 years of experience in production or manufacturing supervision, preferably within FMCG or related industries.
