Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR and administration roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
Strong knowledge of Ethiopian labor law, workplace health and safety standards, and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems is an added advantage.
