Job Position- Laboratory Technologist
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BSc in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.
Experience: 2–5 years in clinical laboratory settings and has valid license.
Skills: Attention to detail, analytical thinking, laboratory instrumentation knowledge.
Role Summary
The Laboratory Technologist performs accurate and timely diagnostic laboratory tests to support patient care, disease prevention, and clinical decision‑making. The role requires strict adherence to standard operating procedures, quality assurance systems, and biosafety regulations, while contributing to laboratory efficiency, reliability of results, and mentorship of junior staff.
