Job Position-Product Development Manager-Internal/External
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Master’s Degree/BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other business-related fields
With 5/7 years of banking/MF experience respectively, of which 2 years as a Senior officer/Team leader in bank operation and planning related areas
Job Summary

Lead end-to-end product development initiatives (concept, design, approval, launch, and post-launch review).
Identify market opportunities through customer insights, competitor analysis, and industry trends.
Develop and improve retail, corporate, and digital banking products in line with the Bank’s growth strategy.
Prepare product proposals, business cases, pricing models, and financial viability analysis for management and committees.
Coordinate with Risk, Compliance, Legal, IT, Operations, and Finance to ensure regulatory and operational readiness.
Monitor product performance and recommend enhancements or corrective actions.
