Job Position-Project Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, Project Management, Social Sciences, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum of 3- 5 years of relevant experience in project management within the NGO or development sector.
Proven experience managing multi-sectoral projects (Education, Health, WASH, Food Security, or Peacebuilding).
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Excellent report writing and computer skills (MS Office, project management tools).

Strong commitment to community development and humanitarian principles.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
Language Requirements
Fluency in English and local languages is an asset.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects in Education, Health, Peace and Reconciliation, WASH, and Food Security sectors.
Develop detailed project implementation plans, budgets, and timelines.
Supervise project staff and ensure effective teamwork and performance.
Coordinate with government offices, community leaders, and partner organizations.
Ensure compliance with donor regulations and organizational policies.
Prepare and submit timely progress, financial, and narrative reports.
Monitor project outcomes and ensure quality assurance across all activities.
Facilitate capacity-building initiatives for staff and community stakeholders.
Represent the organization in relevant coordination meetings and forums.
