Job Position-Midwife Nurse
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSC) or equivalent nursing qualification
Midwifery certification or advanced training in obstetric nursing
Or
BSC in Midwifery and licensed.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience
Female candidates will be considered
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in maternal-child health or obstetric nursing
Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with the healthcare team
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Certificate on BLS and ACLS training.
Have good communication skill.
Have some computer skills.
Language: Fluent in English (oral & written)

IV. Working Condition
The working condition will be office or shift as per the hospital demand
Key Responsibilities
Provide prenatal care, including monitoring the health and well-being of the mother and fetus
Assist with normal vaginal deliveries and monitor the progress of labor
Provide postpartum care, including monitoring the recovery of the mother and newborn
Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans based on patients’ conditions and needs
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by the healthcare team
Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate and optimize patient care
Provide patient and family education and support
Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities
