Job Position -Call for Local NGO Partners – humedica e.V
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Legally registered local NGO with valid license and operational presence in Ethiopia.
Minimum of 3 years’ proven track record in humanitarian or development programming.
Demonstrated technical capacity in one or more thematic areas:
Health and nutrition
Gender‑based violence (GBV) prevention and response
Traditional medicine and community health practices
Child protection and safeguarding
Disability inclusion and rights advocacy
Strong financial management systems, internal controls, and compliance with donor regulations.
Commitment to safeguarding, gender equality, inclusion, and accountability to affected populations.
Capacity to manage projects with financial volume up to €250,000 annually.
Willingness to undergo due diligence and comply with humedica’s partnership policies.
Organizational profile (mission, vision, governance, staffing, and key achievements).
Evidence of past or ongoing projects in target regions, including references.
Latest audited financial statement and proof of sound financial systems.
Registration certificate and other legal documents.
Proposal concept note aligned with Humedica’s OH2030 strategy (especially Pillar 1: dignity, compassion, justice).
Safeguarding and gender equality policies (if available).
