Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Experience :0–2 years of experience in sales or customer service (fresh graduates encouraged)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused with a positive attitude
Basic negotiation and selling skills
Presentable and professional appearance
Willingness to learn and grow
Mandatory: Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
Support the sales process from inquiry to closing
Maintain good knowledge of products and services
Assist in achieving daily and monthly sales targets
Keep the showroom clean, organized, and visually appealing
Support promotional activities and marketing efforts
Handle customer inquiries and escalate complex issues when needed
Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities
