Job Position-Sales Director
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline (required)
Master’s Degree in a relevant field is an added advantage
Minimum 8 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 4 years in a senior or directorial sales leadership role
Demonstrated experience in real estate, commercial property, or related industries strongly preferred
Proven track record of building and managing high-performance sales teams
Hands-on proficiency with CRM platforms and sales analytics tools
Professional certifications in Sales Management, Commercial Strategy, or Real Estate are an advantage
