Job Position-1Marketing and Commercial Lead

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
• A master’s degree is an advantage but not required.
• Strong practical experience in commercial growth, sales execution, and brand building may be considered in place of advanced academic qualifications.
Skills • Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Amharic and English.
• Ability to develop simple commercial plans and translate them into practical weekly and monthly actions.
• Strong understanding of branding, customer positioning, and market development.
• Good financial and commercial literacy, including pricing, margins, revenue targets, and sales reporting.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable using digital tools, social media platforms, customer databases, and basic reporting systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on customer commitments.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, ownership, and accountability.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage ambiguity, and adapt quickly in a growing startup environment.
• Willingness to travel for market visits, field visits, customer meetings, events, and partner engagements when required.

Job Position-2Ziquala Cluster Site Coordinator

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Agriculture, Animal Science, Beekeeping, Cooperative Management, Rural Development, Natural Resource Management, Agribusiness, Development Studies, or a related field.
• Training or certification in organic agriculture, EU Organic, NOP, internal control systems, traceability, quality management, or cooperative development is an advantage.
• Practical field experience may be considered in place of advanced academic qualifications where the candidate demonstrates strong capability.
Skills • Strong understanding of organic certification systems, internal control systems, compliance monitoring, and traceability.
• Strong field coordination, community engagement, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of cooperative operations, farmer support, and rural livelihoods.
• Strong record-keeping, reporting, documentation, and filing skills.
• Practical understanding of harvest management, quality control, contamination prevention, and batch-level traceability.
• Good communication skills in Amharic; knowledge of the local language or context is a strong advantage.
• Basic English communication skills are an advantage.
• Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, smartphones, WhatsApp/Telegram, and basic digital reporting tools.
• High integrity, attention to detail, and respect for confidential company, cooperative, and certification information.
• Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to work independently with limited supervision.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently within Ziquala Woreda and surrounding areas.

Job Position-3Terms of Reference Social Media Marketing and Brand Launch Support for Maritu Api Products Plc

Required Qualification and Experience
Experience:Experience managing social media pages for businesses, brands, products, hospitality, food, beverage, retail, or consumer goods.
Strong creative design and copywriting capacity.
Experience developing content calendars and campaign strategies.
Ability to produce premium, visually appealing content.
Understanding of Ethiopian consumers and local digital marketing channels.
Ability to communicate in English and Amharic.
Ability to work with a start-up business in a flexible but professional manner.
Experience with paid digital promotion is an advantage.
Experience in food, honey, agriculture, natural products, wellness, luxury products, or export-oriented brands is an added advantage.
