Job Position -1 Junior IT Support
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Not Required/fresh graduates with strong practical skills are welcome.
Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, hardware, networking, SQL/databases, and programming.
Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics NAV/ERP is an advantage.
Good troubleshooting, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn and develop across different areas of IT.

Job Position -2 Senior IT System Support /ERP Support & Customization
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
4 years of Microsoft Dynamics NAV support experience.
Practical experience in NAV configuration, customization, reporting, and troubleshooting.
Good understanding of NAV modules and business processes.
Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central certification is preferred.
SQL Server/database knowledge is an advantage.
Note: The role focuses primarily on NAV support, configuration, reporting, testing, and minor customization, rather than major software development.
