Job Position-Senior Accountant & HR Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance/ Management/ Economics a related field.
Professional accounting certification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is an advantage.
At least 4–6 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing.
Experience in inventory accounting, cost accounting, and financial reporting is highly desirable.
Knowledge of applicable Ethiopian tax laws and financial reporting requirements.
Required Skills and Competencies
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
