Job position 1-Junior IT Support Technician
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:0–2 years of experience in IT support or a related role (internship or part-time work experience acceptable).
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Junior IT Support Specialist to provide first-line support for IT-related issues within our organization. This role is ideal for someone at the start of their IT career who is eager to learn, solve problems, and grow within the field.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Set up, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
Assist in maintaining IT documentation and asset inventory.
Install and update software and operating systems.
Support user account setup and password resets (Active Directory, email, etc.).
Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT staff or relevant departments.
Ensure timely logging and tracking of support requests using the ticketing system.

Required Qualification and Experience
Education :Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:Proven experience as a data encoder, HR assistant, or in a related role.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with HRIS or database systems preferred.
High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.

We are seeking an experienced HR Data Encoder. The Ideal candidate is responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining employee and HR-related data in the company’s systems. This role ensures data integrity, confidentiality, and timely reporting, supporting various HR functions including payroll, recruitment, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities
Encode and update employee records in the HR information system (HRIS) or databases.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of personnel, attendance, leave, and other HR metrics.
Assist in preparing HR-related reports, summaries, and documents as needed.
Support payroll processing by providing accurate timekeeping and attendance records.
Ensure compliance with data privacy policies and company confidentiality guidelines.
