Job Position-Operations Manager

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Tourism, Economics, or related fields
Experience: 5–10 years of managerial experience (hotel management experience preferred)
Skills: Proficiency in English; strong financial management skills; ability to present reports to the board
Competencies: Problem-solving, prompt service delivery, financial management, and diplomatic skills

Main Responsibilities: Efficiently executing and overseeing the establishment’s integrated operations (spa, gym, salons, café, bar)
